“Freeze Breaker, dealing with bad childhood experiences in mental space”

Presentation description:

If bad experiences are made in childhood, these traumatic experiences ensure that "tormentors" are manifested and integrated as independent child-appropriate personality parts in the mental system.

Child-appropriate means that adult "tormentors" also receive the current age of the experiencing child as a manifestation in the mental space. A so-called "freezing" of this manifestation takes place. The experienced is not mentally processed and archived but actively held in front so that the mental system can remain constantly on alert. One could also formulate: The child must never forget what he has experienced so that he can always be on guard. A behavioral strategy is established for the rest of your life.

I present my approach to targeting this forced state in mental space and helping my clients change it.
